About
Our brewing focus is on the modern beer styles we love to drink, share and seek out. Top of the list are hazy and juicy hop-forward IPAs--big on flavour and low on bitterness. We also love brewing and drinking big pastry stouts that feature dessert-like flavours such as coffee, chocolate, coconut and maple syrup. We round out our lineup with fun and exploratory sour beers where we experiment with different flavour combinations through large fruit additions and other complementary ingredients. Our goal is to turn each of our beers into a memorable experience.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of cinnamon, cocoa, and, to a lesser extent, chilis. Flavour is sweet, with lots of lactose, followed by cinnamon, gentle chilis, and cocoa. Moderately sweet, fairly spicy. Pleasant, though not all that complex.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals nutmeg, a little cinnamon, and gentle coffee. Flavour is loaded with nutmeg upfront, followed by plenty of cinnamon and a little earthy coffee. Way too much nutmeg and cinnamon—too spicy. Not a fan.

16oz @ Ryan's. Appearance: mango color, pouring like a pure. Aroma: a lot of mango, some strawberries and banana. Taste: well, when I was EATING this beer I got a lot of mango with strawberry and some banana notes. Low to moderate sour. Overall: amazing SMOOTHIE, hehe!

473mL can, pours an opaque peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh mango upfront, followed by prominent banana and a little strawberry. Flavour is just a fruit smoothie, with intense mango juice. The banana and strawberry take a backseat. This is a lovely mango smoothie. Barely a beer. Yum.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of chocolate and peanut butter, and moderate sweetness from the lactose. Flavour is rich and thick, with lots of cocoa and peanut butter. Moderate to heavy sweetness. Not so convinced by the integration of the different elements, though the peanut butter is nice. Very thick, almost sludgy palate. Good stuff.
