12 ounce can from Toski-Sands Market, 7/18/21. Clear pale gold, fizzy head that doesn't stick around. Aroma of tart fruits, honey. Taste is berry, honey, vanilla, maple. Some funk present in the nose but not the taste. Overall too sweet. Okay.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear straw gold with a quickly dissipating white head. Lots of green apple on the nose maybe some light yeast aromas. Quite one-dimensional on the nose and palate. Watery, thin...no depth. Like drinking an apple seltzer from La Croix. Yikes!

On tap at Bl�m, pours a hazy pink-tinged pale orange with a small white head. Aroma is very faint, with the gentlest of cherry character. Flavour is a little more forceful, bringing out obscured cherry skins. Light sweetness, light sourness. Palate is seltzery. Poorly executed.

On tap at Bl�m, pours a clear pale pink- and orange-tinged colour of some sort with a small white head. Aroma reveals faint pithy blueberry skins, but no notice of the maple. Flavour is sweeter, with more of the maple noticeable and subtle blueberries. Gentle honey character. Seltzery palate isn't too pleasant. Uninteresting.

On tap at Bl�m, pours a clear peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very faint, with gentle spicy ginger, not much else. Flavour is dry and fermented out on the honey, with subtle ginger and tart cranberry, and then again, that seltzery, muted palate kicks in. Very poor product.

Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a good amount of ginger supported by dry apple. Flavor starts with sweet apple and ginger but is more dry in the finish.

On tap at the taproom. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has dry honey, and semi tart rhubarb with a touch of plastic. Flavor has dry honey and plastic with tart rhubarb supporting.
