Laut Etikett 12 % Stammwürze und 5,2 % Alk. – die Herstellerwebseite sagt 12,5 und 5,3. Kräftig, hell gelbe Farbe. Starke Trübung. Den letzten Schluck sollte man wie bei einem Hefeweizen ausschütteln. Würde ich als Zwickl- / Kellerbier einstufen. Geruch fruchtig, insbesondere Zitrusnoten. Geschmacklich findet sich das (etwas abgeschwächt) wieder. Herb fruchtig, aromatisch (mit bitterer Zitronenschale). Ein ordentlicher Schuss Molke. Ungewöhnlich - aber auch recht gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schön weich, fast schon cremig. Fängt mit sehr ordentlicher Substanz an, läuft dann aber vergleichsweise leichtfüßig aus. Interessant, braucht aber die richtige Stimmung, um wirklich zu zünden.

Mild würziger, leicht pappig herber Antrunk. Etwas brotig, süffig, einfach. Mittellanger Abgang. 9/7/9/7/8/8

Schnapp-Flascherl: Deep golden, almost clear, visible carbonation, nevertheless only a small foamy layer, moderate sweetish grainy aroma with some fruity (let's hope not caused by infection!) and some caramelly-malty spots underneath, molecular bitterness; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, almost soft; quick sweetish grainy to cardboard finish. A liquid sleeping pill, had to blend it with a Bitburger Winterbock...;-)

Schnapp-Flascherl (as Königlich Lager, 5.0%): Golden, small white head, not completely clear, mild sweetish-bitter grainy-malty nose with some bready spots; mild sweetish flavour with a molecular bitterness, soft and nearly medium bodied; mild, very mild bitterness in the short sweet grainy-malty finish. Nice, but boring...
