On tap at Bright Eye, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is fairly dank, with a nice expression from the Idaho 7, some juiciness, a little pot, and biscuity malt. Flavour is juicy, with a crisp biscuity malt backbone paving the way for the juicy Idaho 7. Nice body and a crisp finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Bright Eye, pours an opaque dirt purplish pink with a small beige head. Aroma is thorny, with lots of raspberry and blackberry pith. Flavour is fruity and pithy, with lots of raspberry and blackberry, plenty of pith, and just a hint of tartness. Dirty but exudes a nice fruit character. Pleasant.

Fairly clean. Not too thin for this style. Good coriander and hop notes (it's a white ISA) and all told reasonably refreshing.

Dark brown. The chile is definitely a present, but it's actually decent, not too hot. There's enough body and residual sugar to balance the chile, but also enough bitterness to provide overall balance. Light chocolate notes. So overall pretty decent.

This salted caramel stout is dark brown. Thin head. On the nose, there’s definitely a bit of caramel, and also some chocolate. It’s definitely sweet, but not unreasonable, or unbalanced. Just a nice caramel chocolate character with a hint of salt.

Pale yellow, opaque, comes across like a hazy IPA, but with a big whack of coriander. Lots of sweet malts. Well-balanced, tasty beer, with just enough bitterness that you remember it’s an IPA…I’d almost just call it a hoppy wit.
