Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a typical forward Phantom creamy sweetness. Good cooling pine hops and a decent sprinkle of hop spice. Unusually, Phantom have given us no clue to the hop bill. Gonna say one of the candy fruits hops, HBC630 and/or Mosaic. There is a little bright citrus on the back end. Light crisp finish brings a mild hop spice. A tad sweet overall, is this dipa. Drinkable anyways.

Keg at Three Hounds, Beckenham. Pale golden brown. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has citrus alongside herbal and vinous notes... NZ hops? Flavourwise it banalnc3s an initial sugary fruity sweetness with a somewhat tart vinius and herbal edge. Underlying cry porridge. A hint of booze. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent . Hitsbthe spot. Nice one.

Keg at Three Hounds, Beckenham. Hazy dull brown tung3d gold. Thin foamy white head with some bubbles. Aroma is fruit... Stone fruit. Light resin edge. Flavourwise there's an initial bitterness with sour edge. It then develops a real.sweet fruit syrup and vanilla porridge streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick to creamy.. Lazy soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent. Enjoyable NEIPA. Just not overly attractive.

440ml can. Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a beige head. Aroma of dark malts, zesty citrus and some dried fruit. Taste... definitely a hop forward BIPA, lots of citrus, grapefruit, mandarin, and very zesty, some dried fruits, dark malts with the faintest hint of chocolate, no roast though, and a moderate bitterness to finish. Medium bodied.
Pretty decent but *very* hop forward, could do with more malt character for the 'Black' part of the IPA.
