The brewery closed in 2000, beers are produced at "Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei" since then. Current plans are to reopen the original brewery in autumn 2020.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Clear pale green tinged gold. Slim lasting semi lacing white foam. Looks well. Nose has honeyed malts. Some floral hop. Some fresh cut privet. Taste is pretty sweet overall. Light bitterness but maybe not enough to provide balance. Tad soggy on the palate. Sweet-ish finish. Wouldn’t rush back to this one.
