Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Purply red colour, no head and aroma of berries, strawberry, blackcurrant, honey. Taste is sweet, honey, berries, coconut-like hint, blackcurrant, sugary. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet berrry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Reddish colour with some bubbles on top and aroma of honey, blackberry, sugar. Taste is sweet, honey & blackberry, sugary, currants, orange hint, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet blackberry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Keg at the Malmo Taproom, Malmo, 18/11/22. Reddish amber with a light beige cap that clears to the edge. Nose is blackberry lozenge, honey, sugars, caramel. Taste comprises bitter sweet berry syrup, honey, caramel, blackcurrants. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent easy drinking Mead.

Keg at the Malmo Taproom, Malmo, 18/11/22. Blackcurrant red with little in the way of a covering. Nose is red berries, big honey dollop, redcurrant, sugars. Taste comprises red berry compote, sugars, honey, sweet edges. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent easy drinking Mead.

Bottle shared by Steasy, thanks! Pours a clear caramel amber with no head whatsoever. Aroma has creamy sweet honey with some slightly tart guava supporting. Flavor has juicy guava with sweet honey and a light tartness underlying.

Tap@Malmö Brewing Taproom, Sweden (18/11/2022) - dark red pour with no head. Citrus fruity with notes of orange, lime, notes of cranberry, orange peel, honey and caramel backing, medium body, sweet fruity finish.

Tap@Malmö Brewing Taproom, Sweden (18/11/2022) - very dark red verging black with almost no head. Sweet blackcurrant fruity, honey and caramel sweetness, medium body, blackcurrant and honey lingering close. Tasty.

Dark red, looks sticky. Smell is lotsa currants, bit tart, some sweetness. Thick body, quite boozy, sticky. Taste is rich fruit, currants, slight pucker, some warm alcohol. Very tasty, very flavourful and even though it's boozy, highly drinkable.
