Sample (thanks omhper!). Reddish brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, red berries and some toffee and mild wooden tones. Flavour is wooden, some toffee, mild berries to it. There's some strange tones in there, like the yeast has done something else than fermented the beer properly.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a creamy and lacing, white head. Lactic tartness in the nose, fruitiness but hard to tell from which. Light body, rather outspoken tartness with the rhubarb now coming forward. Quite some underlying baking yeast with a solid fizz. The chamomile I don't find. 260123

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Grainy, bready nose - quite rustic. Medium body, malty, sweet with a lowish carbonation. Grainy and rustic in a very pleasant way, reminding me of small, Czech brewpubs. Sufficient bitterness. 240123

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Malty, spicy nose with what seems like a faint hint of wild yeast. Medium body, soft on the palate, light malty sweetness and then a vaguely tart hint. Dry finish. Kölsch is such a delicate beer and this doesn't quite make it. 250722

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a slightly hazy pink with a small, rough, off-white head. Lactic tartness in the nose combined with not all that overwhelming. Medium body, solid tartness and flavor wise much more dominating raspberries, very nice and refreshing. It takes a lot to fail a raspberry Berliner Weisse, and this one doesn't. 100222

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, white head. Lactic tart aroma with some fruitiness. Medium body, quite sour and somewhat salty with a fresh fruitiness that suggests peaches as the label says although they are difficult to pinpoint exactly. There's an odd, minty note underneath. Vague hint of baking yeast. But all in all not too shabby. 100222
