Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow and a roughish, white head. Some faint Brett in the nose - manure. Medium body, some initial maltiness and sulphur, but that unpleasant manure like wild yeast dominates. Hardly any bitterness. Clearly infected. 100222

Bottle 33 cl. POurs a hazy, orangey, reddish with next to no head. Lovely strawberry aroma with a touch of vanilla on a tart background. Medium body, soft on the palate, extremely delicious fruitiness with strong strawberry notes and a somewhat sweet'n'tart finish. One of the nicest strawberry beers I've had with a stellar interplay between vanilla and berries. 221121

ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, light grass - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt - cookie, light lemon - grass, brett notes, tart - sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. --Bottled, from Systembolaget-- Lightly hazy golden, small head. Bretty nose with some lemon and grass. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Funk, lemon, manure and strawberries. Interesting as far as funky sours go - as a helles lager, I believe this novice needs some practice...

--Bottled, from Systembolaget-- Cloudy golden. Aroma of coconut and pineapple. Tart with medium body and rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Lime, pineapple and coconut - pretty much a piña colada, only diluted and slightly artificial.
