Can at DRBT 10. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head. The aroma is spice, dark fruit, wood, yeast. Slick body, raisin, bready malt, wood, boozy finish, very good.

Can (best by 2/22/21) pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is a deeply hazy dark brown-burgundy with decent sparkle, finger-width beige head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla, toffee, allspice. Taste is strong toffee, allspice, brown sugar, vanilla, mild ginger. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, seems to have held up pretty well, given age. Nice complexity. A little over carbonated.

Pour is a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is a decent orange/grapefruit citrus. Flavor is more of a just ok citrus. This beer is super dry and kind of dries the mouth out to the point you can get a real good taste of it. Just barely above ok. If this is about $9 a sox pick it up, any more than that it's not worth it.
