Not part of the advent calendar. Spring onion mead?! Probably not the most obvious choice but it somehow works. Definitely tastes quite herbal, almost grassy. Wouldn't want too much more than this.

Mead Advent day 5. Pastry mead! Without the stupid sugar. Smells 100% like baked apples with cinnamon. Taste checks out, though sightly more sinammon.

Mead Advent day 4. Campfire mead, cherry with tons of cinnamon. Unlike the apple one, this is overbearingly cinnamon. Can't taste the cherry.
