palma. one of those volcano gushers that just keeps on going and going. murky unclear yellow orange, and a very small but lively from lots of bubbles head. mild aroma, faint malts, faint fruits. flavor is malty, low on hops, quite mild, very slightly flowery, a little bit like a belgian beer, not very much like a german. alc. is well hidden and the flavor is mild, with hints of belgian style wildness. if this is a beer gone wrong, it did it in interesting ways at least.

Apenas espuma. Ambar oscura, turbia. En conjunto feo aspecto. Escaso aroma. Pero en boca afortunadamente cambia. Cremosa, sabrosa, rica. Rico caramelo de la malta predomina, envuelta en el gas justo. Fruto seco y algo de fruta roja le dan mayor complejidad. Postgusto dulce. Agradable sorpresa.

Ambar clara. Algo turbia. 2 dedos de espuma efervescente. Aroma malteado. En boca gas excesivo. Lástima porque de sabor no está mal, rica base malteada y miel, predominio dulce pero contrapunto floral. Algo empalagosa quizás. Pero sobre todo supergaseosa.

Dorada muy clara, dos dedos de espuma. Aroma poco marcado. Refrescante y con recuerdos de las cerezas que lleva en la receta. Está buena.

Tasting @ Salon del Gourmet. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma has citrus notes with a light maltiness. Flavor is mild malty with hay notes.

Tasting @ Salon del Gourmet. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is light malty with citrus notes. Flavor is citrus notes, light bitterness and hints of whisky in the final.

Bottle. Amber colour with a white head, medium lasting. Aroma is malty, slightly citrus and light caramel. Flavor has a good maltyness, notes of candy sugar and herbal notes. The final is slightly bittery and herbal.
