Description
Craft beers from Jura. Since 2007, Jérôme Faton the founder of Brasserie des Trois Épis, has been making these beers in Orgelet in the Jura between lakes and small mountains. Bieregelette, which comes in 4 colors, is the baptismal name of all the beers from this brewery, given by Jérôme Faton.

Bottle shared. Hazy light golden with white head. Quite yeasty, dry malts, oats, rye, paper, dry bitter herbs and hay. Medium sweet, over medium bitter. Medium bodied, slight dry. Quite OK.

Bottle, thanks for sharing Paul! Hazy golden, no head. Grassy catty nose. Medium light Belgian fruit base, grassy hop counterpoint.
