PET, Albert, Olomouc. Clearish deep golden aroma, fleeting off-white head. Oxidation and some diacetyl, bit grainy and vaguely herbal aroma. Lean dry sweetish bready taste, bitterish herbal finish. Okay!

Thinnish bod, med carbo. Med-high bitter, low sweet, quite dry. A nice assertive mix of coffee, basic wood, and light ashiness, and oaky smoke. Background hops. Clean feeling, tasty, drinkable, very good stout.

Auch wenn ich das U Stojáka noch immer nicht mag, so zieht mit die Bierauswahl 🍺 als auch die schönen Sanitäranlagen 🚽 immer wieder hin. So auch dieses Sauerbier. Dies wurde mir einer ordentlichen Dosis Himbeeren 🍇 versetzt, was ihm nicht nur eine achöne rosa Farbe und Schaumkrone🍷gibt, sondern auch einen erfrischenden 😋 Körper verleiht. So ist es recht leicht ☁️ und nicht zu sauer oder süß.
Nix klassisches, aber für den Sommer 🏜️wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that can! Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Spicy background. Mild sweetish hints. Finish could be a bit more balanced, spicy-malty, shy metallical notes. Not bad.
