Bottle from trade with Werckmeister, many thanks! Pours a very dark brown with off white head. Aroma is quite sweet with dark fruits, a little bit of cherry together with the roast and chocolate notes that you wanna find in a porter. Semi-dry taste with more roast, chocolate and hints of coffee. Solid porter.

Bottle 0.33l at tiong’s, Espoo. Thanks to Cuso! Colour is dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, some dark chocolate, dryness and roasted malts. Little bit of burnt but overall quite good.

Pours dark brown, almost black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasty, almost burnt malts, hints of leather, coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is sweetish, roasty and burnt with hints of leather, coffee and dark chocolate. Finish is heavy, burnt and roasty with hints of ash and tobacco. Okay, but a bit too burnt roasty.

Preliminary tasting on the way to Ljubljana Beer and Whiskey Fest 2015, drank on the bus. First ever public tasting of this beer. Thanks for this, brewers of Zmajska! Clear golden with a strong white head. Fruity and flowery aroma, medium hopped. Sweet kick, lasting sweetness, bitter finish. Full body. Elderberry and fruit, citrus - tangerine and grapefruit. Bitter and aromatic, good balance. Some honey flavours. Smooth, medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate biter finish.

Gylden brun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Humlepreget lukt, ananas og fersken. Godt balansert med tydelig bitterhet og fruktsødme i smak. Middels lang bittersøt avslutning.

Thnx to phille ! Pours dark Brown to black, big , bit darker head’ smell is roasty, but not superintense. Taste is Sharp, roasted malts. Very Sharp! Extremely carbonaten ( why ??? ) rather weak. Certainlynok, but 99 in style ???

Appearance: Batch 40. Burnt orange, slight haze. Some light tan head.
Aroma: Hops and fruit, bread.
Taste: Light fruit, quite a bit of hops. Light malts. Missing something...
