Bottle from Vinspecialisten, Aalborg. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, coconut and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet. Dry finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily and a bit boozy. 051023

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Near black, no head. Aroma of almondy marzipan. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Raw, green sugar, sweet syrup and chocolate sauce omn marzipan. Superficial new money barlewine, centered upon additives.

Gents Bier Festival 2023 - Hazy yellow with foamy head. Aroma is malty, fresh, sweet. Smooth, creamy. Pithy bitterness in aftertaste.

0,33l waxed bottle at home. BB . black color, small coffee colored head. smells maple, vanilla, cocoa nibs, some bourbon. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes bourbon, vanilla, nutty, marzipan, light mint notes, some bitter chocolate, bit fudgy. finishes rather balanced with notes of vanilla, hazelnuts and some mint notes.. I did not expect too much, but this one is actually very nice, rather tense. very good one.

Cloudy blond beer, creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of melons, melon flavoured candy, weird, a little floral, a bit weird but ok. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, a bit fruity, pretty soapy, floral, hoppy, a bit grassy, quite some grapefruit. Aftertaste: bitter, a bit herbal, hoppy, a bit resinous, grapefruit, citrus, soapy touch.

A little cloudy blond beer, small creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very nice, fruity, dank, hoppy, resinous, very intense, lovely stuff, very fruity! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of pears, fruity, juicy, good bitterness, malty, hoppy. Aftertaste: very bitter, hoppy, resinous, fruity, some grapefruit, juicy finish.
