Clear gold with a hint of rose. Very small white head of small bubbles. Slight grain aroma - not too off putting. Stuffers in the flavor profile with grain and metal. Thin finish. Bitter spoke.

750ml bottle (4.8% ABV) from Northgate Market, Fallbrook on 4th April 2026, drank in our Air B&B up the road. I actually quite enjoyed this, sitting in the late after sun shine on the patio with the grand daughters making lemonade with the fresh lemon's off the trees in the garden. Anyway, it's clean and clear light golden in colour, with a fast fading white head. Refreshing and pleasant enough.

Bottle with pupsas at LA grand central market. Dull gold. Foamy top. Nose is sweet grains and old fruit. Tastes grainy, malty, hint of melon rind. Light bodied.

26/7/2025. Bottle courtesy of DanF, cheers! Aroma is grainy, stewed, metallic, buttery. Very sweet with mild bitterness. Moderate body, watery, quite lively. Not a very good beer.

Old rating from 07-03-16 - A gift from a friend who been to El Salvador. 330ml bottle, 4.4 Abv. Pours a yellow colour with very small white head. Aromas of corn & grain. Tastes of corn, grain, hint of apple and not much else. Mild carbonation. Aftertaste is a very light bitterness. Overall, I'm not surprised as my friend had warned me that it's drunk very cold in country & not to expect too much.
