Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 1st April 2025. Deep, solid sepia with pale tan foam and spot lacing. Roasty malts and sour hints in aroma. Sour cherry, roasty malts and a few leafy hop notes in-mouth. Berries dominate the finish. A smooth mouthfeel and a light body.

Poured hazy and deep orange in color, white head.
Aroma of juicy tropical hops. Medium bodied with some citrusy sharphness. Fairly dry, Ok.

Can at Clapton Craft, Kentish Town on 18th March 2025. Pours a hazy yellowy amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Crisp fruitiness in aroma. Citrus tang in-mouth with peach and passion fruit. Sweet and citrus fruitiness abounds in the finish. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. An enjoyable table beer.

440ml can. Slightly hazed orange gold with a small white head. Aroma of orange, grapefruit, marmalade, resin. Taste of orange, marmalade, resinous, piney, some tropical fruit, moderate lingering bitterness. Medium bodied.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Juicy sweet citrusy nose,splosh of peach, apricot. Similar action in the taste. Oodles of sweet fruit in the close. Very krushable.

Kurzrezension vom Vienna Kraft Bier Fest:
Optisch bernstein-ocker und kräftig opaltrüb. Im Duft fruchtig-weinig mit Noten von weißer Traube und rotem Apfel. Der Antrunk kommt leicht karamellig, reiffruchtig, estrig und leicht belegend. Der Körper zeigt eine mäßige Fülle, eine seidige Textur und wirkt dabei leicht trocken herb und etwas belegend. Geschmacklich und aromatisch karamellig malzig mit reifer bis estriger Fruchtaromatik. Leicht harzig. Hat etwas von altem Wein und wirkt daher weniger frisch und ansprechend als erwartet.

Kurzrezension vom Vienna Kraft Bier Fest:
Optisch hellgelb und selbstverständlich "hazy". Im Duft wirkt dieses Bier fruchtig weinig und frisch grasig. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, fruchtig, saftig und zart herb. Im Mund präsentiert sich ein Körper mit mäßiger Fülle, sehr feiner Rezenz, seidiger Textur und leichter Trockenheit. Auf Gaumen und Zunge nimmt man weinige und leicht fruchtige Noten wahr. Für 6,2 % Alkohol zeigt dieses Hazy IPA relativ wenig Charakter. Da lässt sich sicherlich mehr rausholen.
