Tap at BGB with Gurthnar. Pitch black, beige head, not much of it though. Huge old barrel aroma, pungent, sweet, raisins, alcoholic, bit herbal. Lean, dry taste, caramel, coffee, dark chocolate, lightly buttery, creamy, ending with a nice roasty touch... But dlawed.

Med-full body, light carbo. Med-high tartness, moderate sourness, med-light bitterness, very dry, with no sweetness. Lets be honest, this is contaminated. Not very enjoyable, just a dark chocolate mess. Sour wood thang. Meh.

Magus, mõru, happeline, puuviljane, tsitrus, kuiv. Ok.

Can, thx ppl! Dark golden body, white head. Completely oxidized aroma, vague malty and herbal notes. Sweet, somewhat juicy taste, fruit-y but oxidized again... need to try it on tap, but this can was bad.

From tap at Beergeek bar, Prague, 26.07.25. Ebony. Some brown head. Fine aroma and taste of blackcurrants, sweet dark roasted malts, prunes and dates. Heavy.

From tap at Galeria Piva, Prague, 26.07.25. Clear pale golden. Some white head and lacing. Interesting aroma and taste of pale malt, citrus, wood, sap and pine. Well-balanced and good!

Can, thx to the ppl in the VIP zone! Hazy reddish-golden body - but, bizarrely, it would appear that different cans make for different appearances, including more goldenish ones. Sadly, the hand-written notes are a bit incomplete, having rubbed off slightly, but apparently, there was oakiness, sweetish and something in the aroma, and in the taste some citric and woody notes, didn't like the body fully, but felt it was fine. Will rerate if I see it.
