On tap at Beer Boy (B1 of Shibuya Parco building), pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is full of big roasted malt upfront, pungent hops, and some wood. Flavour is potently hopped, with huge roasted malt, wood, and potent earthy and piney hops. Really nice to have this big malt bill backed by this hop complement. Excellent.

sweet nose of yuzu and white gummy bears. Low medium bitterness.
Nice stuff. Malty and a bit of dankness

Tap at Uminoko Koto. Flat and dull black. Very hoppy nose for an IS, lots of citrus, some resin, chocolate, coffee. Rich malt flavor with citrusy and resiny hops. Nice, but again the lack of carbonation and the shitty plastic cup it came in hurt it.

9oz at Popeye, pours a murky lemon yellow with some cloudy, white head. Nose is very herbal and grassy, lemon and grapefruit, herbs too. Flavor is very grassy, bordering on dank, some malt and candy now, feels like Citra hops, fresh orange. This is pretty high end. 8 3 8 3 14
