The Leder Craft Brewery was established thanks to the young Master Brewer Fabrizio and his passion for homebrewing..

From an engineering degree to the study of the art of brewing in Bohemia thanks to the close ties between Valle di Ledro and the Czech Republic.

The Leder Craft Brewery is located in Valle di Ledro, with the beers being produced with pure alpine spring water.

No beer is filtered or pasteurised.

Ein MItbringsel meiner Tante von einem Trip nach Schweden. Keine Ahnung wie das Bier dort hin gekommen ist - es war aber sicher nicht günstig. Geschmacklich fällt es sehr durch seine bittere Hopigkeit auf. Es hat nette grasige Noten und ist im Einstieg recht gemütlich u trinken. Einzig im Abgang wirkt es recht brutal. Ein Bier für Bio-Bier-Trinker, die es herb mögen.

24-08-19 // bottle shared. Thanks to a friend! - Special labeled edition for Dolomiti Paganella Bike. Unclear golden. White head. Grainy forward pilsner. A little raw unfitleredness. Solid bitterness, minimal fruity touches. Good.

On tap @ Terra Madre, Salone del Gusto, Torino 2018. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Sulla lingua si attestano indizi di miele, cereali e luppolo.
