Bottle. Aroma is rich roasted malts with yeasty dough and hints of chocolate and licorice. Appearance is dark, dark brown--virtually opaque with finger-width beige head with poor retention and transient lacing. Taste is moderately roasted malty sweet with some yeasty sour. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, mild carbonation and long, pleasant mild bitter finish. Overall, a thin-bodied Porter with a nice aroma, appearance and taste.

Pretty blah. Pours a copper-red with mid-sized, fast-dissipating head. Aroma is very grassy, a touch metallic. Flavor is grass, with some malt. Smooth sweet finish. Rather unremarkable.

Pours a nice, dark, brownish black, with good-sized, lasting head. Aroma of chocolate coffee, roasted malt. Flavor includes all of these, with some leather and dark fruits. A bit over-carbonated/fizzy for palate. This could use a bit more work.

Pours a clear copper-gold, with almost no head. Aroma very grassy. Flavor is grassy and very malty-sweet. Not particularly appealing.

Pour is a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is a nice helping of fresh piney hops. Flavor is ever better when it come to the hops standing out. Fresh, bitter and resin. My kinda of IPA. Low malt presence with a high hop bitterness.
