Description
Residing in our 17th century barn has been much like our ethos on sustainability, determined to bring our brewery to life co-existing with the land and infrastructure already in place, to evolve as if we had always been here.

Good Things has created the most sustainable brewery we have seen, creating our own power, pulling our own water from beneath the ground outside the brewery doors. Turning spent brewers grain in to beautiful flour, delivering beer in our electric van & very soon treating all our own waste on site.

Until...

Good Things Brewing Co. of Tunbridge Wells changed name and turned to a roaming brewery in the summer of 2021, when tragedy struck and their brewery was destroyed in a lightning storm.

Key at Flint Gate, Weybridge. Fruity sugary citrus. Hazy pale gold. Creamy if not overly impressive translucent white head. Medium bitter, some light citrus. Light. Thin if slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. OK. A tad bland.

Can shared with JMD at HNB 22.04.19. Cloudy straw colour. White head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of mango, passionfruit, marmalade, mandarins, lemons and a hint of white pepper. Lively mouthfeel. Good?

Frisk og fruktig, rask over ganen.

21/3/2019. Can from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton. Pours hazy golden amber with a large frothy white head. Aroma of spruce, pine needles, grass, spicy hops, fruit, caramel and butterscotch. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily watery texture, above average carbonation. Not typical of the style, but pretty decent apart from level of fizz to finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Kill the Cat I think. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Pretty drinkable stuff, some rindy citrus, crispy pale malts, nips of pine, melon, grapefruit and tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, inklings of resin, more somewhat juicy citrus fruits, supportive pale malts. Quite enjoyable overall.

Bubbly off white head stayed on a very hazy reddish orange still body. Juicy aroma of orange, sweet citrus & Haribos. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with a crisp, clean finish. Taste is much as the aroma with sweet citrus, orange, grass & citrus with bitter finish. Very nice....
