Revisited after many years. Appearance: clear straw yellow with a moderate white frothy head of deceit retention. Aroma: grain, crackers, grassy and herbal hop. Taste: pure, crisp, light sweet, medium bitter. Crackers, grass, herbs. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation. Summary: a decent North German pilsner.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

330ml Flasche. Goldgelbe Farbe, wenig Schaum. Geruch süß nach Limonade. Geschmack sehr süßlich nach Limo, ansonsten langweilig.

0,33 l bottle. The actuell label calls 5,4% alcohol. Pours golden and clear, small fine white head. Little bitterness,mild grainy, low sweetness. Nothing unussual, a little bit thin, but easy to drink.
