Sunset operates with a thousand-litre quadriblock brew kitchen, 15 fermentation/maturation tanks with a total capacity of 80,000 litres, automatic bottle filling for 720 an hour and an automatic barrel washing machine. The brewery has access to a natural gas network and is completing the study for the installation of photovoltaic panels to capture solar energy. It has a microbiological ETE (Wastewater Treatment Plant), which does not use chemicals and dispose only of liquid and solid without any toxic residue.

As "chope," in a plastic bottle which was impossible to open lol in PdR. Strong hop aroma & bitters, resin, finish.

Pale, hazy, medium head. Aroma is hoppy, in a somewhat grassy, vaguely citrusy way. So kind of muted. Moderate bitterness, malts are slightly biscuity but also a bit sticky. The hops are again vaguely citrusy but not especially bright.

Hazy, pale. Aroma is estery, lightly phenolic. Light body, yeasty - footy, sweaty, - and low hop character for style.

A pale blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, light herbal hops, pleasant. In mouth, pleasant grassy malt, cereals, herbal hops, pleasant. On tap at Brewdog, Sao Paolo.
