Nice copper rosé body, little carbonation and foam. Sweet buttery apple on the nose, vague plum, rather overdone. Flavour is sweet plum, modest apple; minimally carbonated. Simply okay.

Nice stormy pale straw, heavy carbonation, great foam. The aroma is musty chewy peach, very soft bourbon accents working extremely well. Flavour is a dry peach, slight vinegar notes, sugary with very soft bourbon. Lively carbonation makes it crisp, lingering tannins. Really enjoyable, very well balanced.

Pours a very light pink melded with pale straw, little carbonation, no foam, but damn that hue sure is pretty. Really nice sweet pear and pineapple on the nose, coming across almost like a chewy pale lager which is fun. Flavour is musty pear, maybe some soft fruit notes; full mouthfeel, good tannins, tepid carbonation. Not bad but nothing stands out.

Pale straw body with good carbonation and good foam, soft chewy apple funk on the nose, plenty of tannins. Flavour is soft sweet apple, slightly chewy, though not much character coming through. Lively carbonation keeps it crisp. Still quite enjoyable.

Very nice light pale straw body with a bit of foam, good carbonation. Huge apple funk on the nose, burlap, hay, sweet mustiness from a juice bucket. Flavour is boozy, slightly bitter apple, lingering sweetness and heavy musty yeast, barn funk. Lively carbonation keeps it crisp. Fun, rustic and enjoyable.

Pours with huge foam, stormy carbonation, aggressive orange gold body. The aroma is strong yeast, rustic sweet apple, candied burlap. Flavour is more chewy apple, soft acidity, good sweetness and some soft funk. Very crisp carbonation. This one is working very well.

Has a very nice purple body and huge foam, smells of deep sweet cherry with some slight butter. Flavour is nice bright cherry mellowed out by some sharp sweet apple. Crisp carbonation. Okay, reasonably balanced.
