Can to becher glass.
Appearance: bronzed orange/copper color with a one finger white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace that left some light lace.
Aroma: citrusy & piney hop combination, brisk crackery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together bittersweetly, mild aftertaste of the citrusy hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, semi-smooth on tongue with some light hop grip; finishes citrusy hoppy
Overall: nicely done APA I would have again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a light transparency about it and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: soft grassy/earthy/floral hops mesh in with a light biscuity malt base
Flavor: semi-sweet bright maltiness flanked by the hops; mild aftertaste of the grassy/earthy/floral hop tone
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; flows nicely along the tongue; finishes crisp and quaint with the malts
Overall: nicely done American lager I would very much love to have again.

Bottle from brother: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, light coffee. Taste is roasty and chocolatey. Nice vanilla and whiskey notes. Generally a well put together stout. barrel aging only helps the excellent base beer and doesn't overwhelm it.
