A bit on the hoppy side for a bitter but quite nice regardless. Lots of caramel and nutty notes. Always nice to find a cask pour in the US!

Bottle purchased at farmer's market: pours light orange with white head. Aroma is a sort of ambiguous fruitiness punctuated by the hoppy notes, with a nice bit of wood popping through. Taste is lightly tart, a bit funk and woody. Definitely of the quality I expect of them.

On tap at Proletariat, pours an opaque bright orange with a small white head. Aroma has tons of chamomile upfront, with a touch of lemongrass and some rustic notes. Flavour is dry, with tons of chamomile upfront, followed by orange peel, and rustic saison yeast. Dry and dominated by the chamomile. Interesting stuff but not elite.
