At the source: Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is spicy, with some pepper and very yeasty. Taste is similarly yeasty and spicy. light carbonation, which to my mind gives it a sort of flat finish. Interesting, but not my favourite.

At the brewery: Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is floral, honey, bubblegum, and hopes. Taste is very different from the aroma. Very light sweetness. Very dry and just a bit bitter. A nice light saison.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden amber, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is citrus, tropical notes, hay, Brett. Flavor is the same, a wonderful tropical citrus dry hop on top of a pleasant Bretty saison base. Light body. Really really good.
