Keg at Eau Claire Firehouse, 1/8/22. Hazy orange, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, dank. Taste is dank, melon, resin, tropical fruit. Pale malt. Juicy, moderate bitterness. Nice. Decent rating considering I was shitfaced by this point. Eau Claire has a small but fantastic beer scene.

Dark, dark brown. Blackberry jam aroma with undertones of nail polish. Faint chocolate. Taste is mildly bitter with a berry jam tartness that trends artificial. Finishes with a more of the same and a moderate alcohol bite. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Overall, very little depth, and flawed. Drinkable.

Can thanks to Drake. Gold, light haze, white head. Floral notes, mango (somewhat artificial but still pleasant), cracker in the nose. Mango, black tea, grasses, grain, cardboard. Not bad, but tastes a bit artificial.

Strange aromas for a brown ale, floral, molasses and cocoa. Flavors are more bitter than sweet, and very heavy carbonation gets in the way. Heavy-handed approach to an easy to brew beer.

The Aromas are pleasing fragrance, Floral slightly sweet apricots with a hint of sour. 4 flavors, it goes fairly dry and losses something. Apricots stand out more but overall less pleasing.

Most of the saisons I see here are 750ml so I pretty much get every single smaller saison I see. Cheap bastard. This is a traditional saison, nice and crisp.
