Draught @ Chianti Brew Fighters Pub, Florence. A sip of Sophie's. Pours very pale yellow, small white head. Light indeed, thin bodied, pale malt.. some distant farmyard hints coming into view.. a little peculiar but generally ok.

Il gusto al naso propende per caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il corpo è pieno. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, fiori, agrumi e arancia.
