330ml Bottle (Projekt, Ljubljana) - Copper coloured. The aroma is slightly biscuity but also tart. The taste is pretty much the same and I suspect this is infected.

Bottled 330ml. -from Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Hazy yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, light citrusy nose with whiff of oxidation. Citrusy, some acidity, bit candy and touch of cardboard in the finish. 4 months out of BBE date.

0.33l bottle from :PROJEKT from Hrabren and Ogi. Why are they selling beer, let alone NEIPAs that expired 3.5 months ago? A NEIPA brewed 10 months ago (November 7th 2024)? Dunno - but Ogi's rating it now, we probably paid full price, and Ogi doesn't rerate, I might... a blemish on an otherwise excellent place. Anyway. Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Citric, herbal sharp aroma, light oxidation, minerally, sweetish, leaning on phenolic spicy notes. Tart taste, citric, lemony even, some spicy phenolic touches, low tropical notes, orange candy. I mean, I'm sure this was a good beer when fresh, could believe it was excellent. But damn...

0.33 l bottle from :PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Shared with Ogi and Marko. Best before: 4 months ago (they sold us this, we weren't paying attention). Hazy yellow, small off-white head, some sediment. Aroma is ripe tropical fruit, candy, honey, malts and some cardboard. Flavour is tart citrus and stone fruit, moderate tartness, minimal bitterness and sweetness. Finishes dry with lingering ripe fruity flavour.

Bottle from :PROJEKT with Hrabren and Ogi. 5 months old today, 1 to go... eh, wish they had some fresher examples. Hazy orange-golden body, off-white, thick, relatively lasting head. Fair bit of floaties in others' glasses. BIg stone fruit, lychee, citrus fruit and light chamomile tea. Lean, dry taste, vaguely fruity, peachy, bit minerally. Pleasantly dry, but empty and clearly not the freshest.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko. Hazy orange, medium off-white head. Some sediment. Flavour is lightly hoppy, fruity, tropical fruit, citrus, spice, malts. Flavour is cardboard, malts, graham, citrus and peach. Thin, effervescent, light, dry abrupt finish.

Bottle from :PROJEKT with Hrabren and Ogi, guess from May 14th, yay. Hazy dull golden-orange body, off-white head, gone soon. Enormous buttery aroma, huge candy fruity aroma, some vegetal touches. The taste combines smooth fruity notes, bit stale/creamy, and enormous veggies... Sadly, this is dead, might rerate fresh, the recipe is probably good, but this, well within the BB date, really isn't that much.

Light body, moderate carbonation, thin, dry, moderate bitterness. Unfortunately off, but if there was no diacetyl, it would be a nice one.
