A bit pointy and sharp for a Dunkel, with an outsized sourdough tang undercutting the notes of rye toast and malted chocolate on the front end. Finishes dry but with a dose of lemon and more yeast. Not their best pint.

Very, very sweet, especially for a single IPA. Lots of melon, lemon candy, and tropical fruit, but just never backs off the cloy lactose. Kind of harsh to drink as well. Eh.
