On tap at Taves Estate, pours a clear bright dark red with a tiny white head. Aroma has a reasonably marriage of blackberry and vanillin, with the apple character further back. Flavour is much the same, with moderate sugars, finishing jammy, retaining plenty of that vanilla. Decent.

On tap at Taves Estate, pours a clear pale pink with a tiny white head. Aroma has mostly fermented out, lightly tart red currant, and light apple skins. Flavour is quite sweet, with sweetened red currant juice that dominates and overrides any apple character. Too sweet for me but at least not of the commercial, artificial sugar kind.

On tap at Taves Estate, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma has some light tannins and crisp apple skins. Flavour is has some nice tannins, crisp apple skins, and a tiny hint of wild bugs. Nice blend of apples, amply dry. Pleasant.

On tap at Taves Estate, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose has plenty of bourbon and vanilla, with soft apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with lots of bourbon, vanillin, and dry apple skins. Finishes fairly dry but without enough residual sugar to bring that out bourbony vanillin. Very nice.

Pours a pale hay color Aromas of fresh apples. Flavor similar, dry and a bit tart Like a mass produced cider. Nice when cold.

On tap at Brave, pours a clear colour with almost no head. Nose brings out gently sweet apples with not much depth. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with gentle apple skins and an apple juice concentrate character. Cheap commercial apple cider for the masses. Nothing interesting.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde / near-water colour with almost no head. Aroma brings out subtle mineraly notes and crisp apple skins. Flavour doesn't have much going on, with earthy notes and muddled apple skins. Clumsy and uncoordinated. Poor.

Deep red body with no foam nor visible carbonation, okay currant and soft sweet apple on the nose. Flavour is muddy currant and vague apple. Good fruity sweetness on the finish but again no carbonation, which helps no one. Meh.
