Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy and lacing beige head. Smooth and slightly sweet vanilla roast aroma. Rich, sweet body, almost velvety palate feek, roasty, a hint of smoke, tar and English licorice. Some late roast bitterness. It’s not uber sophisticated or anything but it’s extremely easygoing and smooth. 200116

ChrisO Tasting. Lightly hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Papery dry malts, a little cream. Mild but spicy floralness. Bitter and tired tasting dried fruits. Dry finish. Very little of merit here.
