Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, toffee, butter, light hay. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, toffee. Bottle. Pours orangeish amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel, with estery and buttery hints and touches of malt. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, yeast, and dia, with hoppy and bready notes. Rough and estery aftertaste, with bitter, hoppy notes- Well, drinkable but far from a prime example of this beer style.

Bottle, 4.6%. Caramelly, almost buttery aroma, seemingly with a hint of spice. Quite cloudy amber colour. Big stable creamy tan head. The flavour is like the aroma, caramelly and almost buttery. Does not seem very bitter at first, but the finish is quite bitter.

Can. Cloudy ochre yellow, huge rocky head. Medium retention. esters and phenols make the aroma be pleasant. Banana, clove, fruit, wheat bread as usual. Light body. Undercarbonated by the style standards. The flavour is bready, it’s offering sweet wheat maltiness. Banana and spice are minor. Low bitterness. Very representative for the style even when not that spectacular.

bottle from kvickly. clear orange yellow, bubbly ofwhite to sligtly yellowish head. somewhat boring yeasty and malty general beer aroma, not much hops, not much crispness or dryness, not much bitterness. kinda boring. also notes of eggs i think, which is not boring as such, but also not wanted. Flavor is fine, boozy beery flavor, almost dry, but some caramel and sweet malts in there. i find the beer a bit too little dry, and a bit too little crisp to be interesting, and a bi too sweet. palate is thick in a weird way. after more sips i do notice a nice but very subtle hopping, that is flowery bordering to sugary flowery. Perhaps it’s the aroma disturbing the other sensations. Decent drink, but not one of those where i think WOW , this is quality.. far from.. more along the lines i hope the hangover will not be too severe.
