Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy pale straw colour, rich firm hrad. Buttery nose with notes of honey. Sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeek. Sugared butter, dough and summer flowers. Fairly low bitterness. Quite pleasant, albeit too sweet.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, pale amber with a neatly lacing off-white head. Sweet malty nose with a touch of flowery hops. Rich, malty body with a very solid late hop dose which means a rather bitter finish. Gets a little boozy late, but otherwise a rather immaculate Bock. 130314

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear pale amber with a lovely lacing head with good retention. Odd greasy, spicy, herbal aroma. Medium body, sweet caramellish malts and a little perfumy hops. Ends rather bitter. If only the aroma was nicer this could’ve been decent. 130314
