Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, sweet malts and some floral notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, some toffee and spice. Boring and not too Saisonish either.

50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma is somewhat musty with grainy malt and mild starchy tones. Flavour has peaches, grainy malt, starch, some fruity tones and minerals. Just too musty.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with small but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of metal and hops, with notes of malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of yeast and some salty touches. Bitter and slightly citric aftertaste. Not quite a Saison and not very enjoyable, either. Drinkable, though.

Bottle, 5.5%. Good bready and citric aroma. Hazy dark golden colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is bready at first, does not have much citric character. OK bitterness, perhaps a little orange peel in the finish. Disappointing flavour at first, but turns out all right after a few more sips.

[ As De Jyske Bryghuse Great Dane Hans Nordisk Saison ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, hay, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140228]
