200ml bottle pours out purple red. Nose is nice acid tartness some big berries and currants. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries some acidic notes sweet honey and some barrel kick.

200ml bottle pours out cola brown. Nose is nice sweet caramel notes sweet honey some nice bourbon barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet caramel toffee bourbon barrel vanilla.

On tap at the meadery. Deep deep purple, almost black. Intensive dark berries, honey, touch of vanilla, medium to heavy sweetness, dense and thick.

Bottle thanks to Al. Pours a dark purple with no head. The aroma is booze, raspberry, honey. Slick body, honey, raspberry, cherry, boozy, balanced, very nice.

Bottle pours out deep red purple almost nose is nice berries sweet honey and some tart acidic touch. Taste is more of the nice current sweet tart and a little gin barrel note.

Bottle pours out caramel honey color nose is nice apple ripe banana and a great sweet honey. Taste is more of the nice apple banana mix with the sweet honey and a touch of spice.

375mL bottle batch 3, Stout Week line share, 2/17/24. Clear, bright marigold-amber. Clear. Cinnamon is rounded out by juicy honey-apple and soft, rich vanilla. Less sweet to me than Pips and most of Schramms while still being quite elegant and rich. Soft, juicy, drier than Pips, though still rich and moderately sweet with soft, rich vanilla, juicy honey and balancing, tasteful cinnamon.
