Bottle from thewolf, thanks! Almost balck, opague. Malt, licorice and maple syrup in the aroma. caramel. Thinnish. Malty sweet flavor with licorice and milk chocolate. Nutty. Warming. Decent.

Dank je Sinterklaasje! Bottle. Murky brown color. Horse blanket, lemon, sherry, caramel and hints of ginger in the aroma. Sour flavor with lemon, sherry, horse blanker, hints of ginger and orange peel. Oak. Complex and surprisingly good, though the balance is questionable due to a cacophony of flavors and aromas.

Found an unlabeled bottle in my private stash. After opening, realised what it was. Dark brown color, medium rocky head. Aroma of lactic acid, leather and funkiness, fruity strawberry and a bit of roast and butterscotch. Medium to high lactic sourness in taste, horseblanket, leather and funk. Slight fruity, strawberry yoghurt. Guess the small addition of lambic has overtaken almost the whole of the base beer, but the funk holds up easily.

Clear black beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: alcohol, some coffee, pretty roasted, caramel, sweet, dried fruits, very heavy, plums, ripe banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: little sour start, soft roast, caramel, mocha, slightly bitter, dried fruits. Aftertaste: alcohol, bit sourish, sweet finish. Lovely ageing on this one!
