Clear and golden with a bubbly white head and a slightly zesty and malty aroma. Light bodied and fresh with citrus bitterness around light biscuit malt, some floral hop character and a bitter finish.

Can from EeBria. It tastes like a standard chocolate stout with some mojito cocktail poured in. Chocolate and sourness - not sure its a winner. Individual elements are fine but its not quite balanced. Nonetheless it gets tastier over time and I finished mine easily. Look: black, small consistent tanned head. Looks good. Nose: roast, coffee, mint, char, sour berries Taste: starts roasty, choc stock and sour yeasty berry notes, finishing with after eight mints and aniseed. Palate: medium bodied, smooth, drying. Fine.

Can on 712 heading South, thanks to the Wingman, 26/02/23. Light black with a decent khaki head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, dried fruit rinds, charr, cocoa powder. Taste comprises chocolate, vanilla, light roast, brown sugar dusting, toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough stout.

440ml can from the Craft Bar, Scarborough. Dark pour, beige head. Good malty nose, caramel glimpses. Quite a flavoursome stout, nice cocoa notes, moderate roast, chocolate malt with a soft bitter close. Decent.
