Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet smelling pils malts, spicy noble hops and a bit of grapefruit. The taste delivers a load of hoppiness that's spicy noble hop flavor and modest bitterness rimmed with a hit of bitter grapefruit hops. Nice. There's a little sweet pils like maltiness about midway leading to a lingering flavor and bitter hoppiness ending pleasingly dry. Solid American interpretation of the style.

Draft: Poured a hazy milky white yellow with a white head. Aroma is juicy citrus fruit hops. Taste is nice grapefruit, citrus hops, with that nice drying finish.

Draft: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma was fresh grain and light hops perfumed. Taste was nice hops soft and yet didn't take away from the nice fresh grain of this Kölsch.

Enjoyed on draft at Overflow, St. Pete. First visit, and after sampling a few crazy fruit versions of this base gose, I wanted to give the original a try. Its solid by itself. Golden yellow pour with a slight haze. Thin fizz head. Soft aroma with a slightly tart citrus character. Flavor is full of cereal grain, and slight fruit, so it creates a pebbles like cereal reminder. Juicy linger, extremely refreshing. I can understand why the would want to expand on this brew so much. Really enjoy this one.

Draft pour to a stem glass at Overflow, St Pete. An interesting, and unique (as far as where I'm from) lime green pour. Thinnest fizz head. Pure kool aid, a tart touch that lingers. Shock tart lemon sour aftertaste. Refreshing for sure. So many colorful beers, around here, especially with these guys. Enjoyable beer, and I'm surprised it works well for me. Its candy lemonade.

A pink grapefruit juice rosey Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of pink lemonade with light lactic notes, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice refreshing grapefruit like Weisse with light lactic notes, nice and refreshing for the Florida heat. On tap at Cajun Café spring beer fest 2016.
