Aroma: Chocolate and coffee. Can’t be more standard than that. Appearance: Opaque black with nice persistent head and good lacing. Flavors: Again, coffee and chocolate. Pretty standard stout. Where are the other subtle flavors that makes a great beer complex?

Tasted at the Brewery on August 2nd 2012. Aroma; Kind of difficult to get aromas when glasses are full. But I could get a bit of hoppy notes. Appearance: Golden blond, little head, big bubbles with average lacing. Flavors are hoppy and cutting with metallic notes. That’s about all I have to say. Pretty standard ale with not a very large range of flavors.
