Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a large white medium off-white foamy head with light retention and some light lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with some tart notes. Taste is a mix of Brett notes with some funky ester and a watery finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Lacking flavors and balance.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light off notes, so-so. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light cereals, light acidity, OK. Bottle from brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, coffee grind, musty character, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee and vanilla, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Draft: Poured a pale clear black color stout with a brown color head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some light lactose notes and a watery finish. Body is below average with good carbonation. Watery pastry stout.
