On tap at the Mule. Pours a near clear straw like yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has is overall mild with draw and earthy grains. Flavor has a touch of grass up front but is mainly full of straw and earthy grains.

Bottle 750ml.Clear dark black - red brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, molasses, chocolate, tart - red wine, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

Bottle 750ml. [ Bottle # 423/1492 ]. Light unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, funky, light medicine - band-aid. Qiut a odd aroma ! Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, medicine, funky, honey warm sweet, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130225]

Can - thanks soonerchamps. Pours a dull amber/caramel color with a small sandy head. Herbal aroma with malt, citrus, and rye. Not overly sweet or floral and I wouldn’t call it hoppy. Has an herbal feel to it, perhaps rye again. Earthy comes to mind.

Firkin at Tapwerks. Pours a slightly hazy pale orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a really nice combination of sweet banana and strawberry with a solid backing from the cream ale. Flavor has same great combo of strawberry and banana with a well melded backing cream note.

Cask at The Mule. Pours a near clear orange amber with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of spice with ginger coming through and underlying light fruits and sweet grains. Flavor is similar with light fruit and sweet grains up front but finish has a lot of ginger and a touch of the peppercorns.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty spicy woody chocolate aroma. Roasted malty woody chocolate flavor with weak hints of bourbon. Has a roasted malty woody bourbon chocolate finish.

cloudy orange, small white head. malty, fruity , boozy herbal aroma. flavor is strong wheaty, caramel.

Firkin at Tapwerks. Pours a hazy ruby with a touch of amber and a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a combination of sweet and tart raspberries with a touch of sweet grain and Belgian yeast. Flavor starts with sweet raspberries that become earthy with a touch of tartness and some Belgian yeast.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Almost black with small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, medium sweet, little liquorice, hop and a little bitter.
