Bottle/Fest. A- Boozy, caramel, brown sugar, mild rye, raisins. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Boozy, caramel, brown sugar, rye. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Complex and a touch boozy. A bit hot and needs to lay down for a while. Probably the best of the Cask-It series. Well done.

Bottle/Fest. A- Orange, chocolate. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Orange, chocolate. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Really no bourbon that I could detect. Lots of chocolate and a lot of orange. Tasted like a Russell Stover Orange Chocolate. Good but nothing as I expected.

Bottle/Fest. A- Tequila, brown sugar, oak. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Tequila, lime, burnt sugar, oak. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Tequila superpower. Wow. Maybe a bit too much BA as the tequila outblew everything. Really nice but hot. Needs to be rested for a while and maybe not aged so long. The flavors blend well though.

Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 11/22/2017. Pours crystal clear very dark brown color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky khaki head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, toffee, nuttiness, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of smoke, char, dark fruit, herbal, grass, pepper, and roast/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, toffee, nuttiness, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of smoke, char, dark fruit, herbal, grass, pepper, and roast/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate roast/char and herbal/grassy/spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, toffee, nuttiness, toasted dark/brown bread, light smoke/char, herbal, grass, pepper, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great hop/roast bitter/sweet balance; and zero cloying/acrid/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/roast bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an excellent American porter. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Very rich for the ABV, great well rounded porter malt complexity, and solid earthy hop balance that isn't overdone. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
