Day 5 at La Verendrye. The water was far too mild for chilling properly and this was drunk tepid. Looks somewhat golden in the plastic cup. Federweißer aroma with melon sweet undertones. Tart throughout. Medium. Moderate. Crisp. Pleasant. Drunk colder this could be refreshing.

Pale gold with a mild haze. Herbal aroma promises rosemary, spruce and dankness. Taste has a very mild lime bitterness. Faint lingering herbal flavors. A bit watery. Harmless but drinkable.

Deep gold with a creamy, white head. Forest floor aroma. Taste is herbal bitter with a lingering, rosemary-bitter finish. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Survived a weeks trip through La Verendrye and consumed on the eve of the Air Canada strike.
