A yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is freshly hoppy on a relax sweet background. The flavor is sweet with a lovely hop presence, that gives it a nice crisp dry bitter end. A lovely "pilsener"

An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma contains notes of yeast and brewmash. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, citrus, and cardemomme, and with a very dry wheaty end.

An unclear light yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet and lightly wheaty. The flavor is slightly wheaty with slight notes of citrus and coriander - on a thin body. Not enough of anything to make an impression.

Cloudy peach juice colour. Pithy (grapefruit), spicy, nutty aroma. Reasonably full body. Lots of pale malt and orange flavour with a kiss of honey and background spiciness. Pleasant, wit-like, summer fare.

Bright, amber. Limey, minerally aroma - hop notes like Golding/Amarillo combo. Crisp bitterness, crackerlike. Light toasty, thin body. Overwhelmingly minerally.

Cloudy pale yellow. Marshmallow malts, lemon/lime esters. (Of course the stuck a lime wedge in it so whether or not the beer itself has this limey character, it will when they serve it to you). Almost gingery spiciness with kaffir lime leaf, faint allspice, wonderbready malts. Seems underhopped. I like the cranberry version (Viking) so I really thought I'd be into this, but no, I'm not.

Every ingredient shows here The aroma was malty and honeyish, the body spritzy with strong cranberry flavours, and there was a hoppy spiciness in the finish. Outstanding; the beerological highlight of any trip to Quebec City.
