A dark golden cider with aroma of cooked apples, not bad. In mouth, a smooth sweet apple with light chalky notes, with some light astringence. About 3 years old. Tasted with family, Feb. 26 2012.

Bottle: Poured a mild yellow color cider with a funky barnyard aroma. Body is thin with some sourness. Overall lack of complexity.
