GBBF, Bottle split with Scopey and Leighton. Hazy gold beer, good off white head. Light smooth palate., semi dry. Yeasty lagerish pale malt. Mild citrus blends in to the overall dryness. A little strong on the pale malt. Some water chesnut in the finish which is semi dry. Tasty.

Bottle at GBBF 2011, Day 1, shared with Ken and Paul. Pours cloudy gold with a fluffy, white head. Has a lageresque grain and cereal aroma. Very pleasant flavor, lightly sweet with lots of cereal, mild dough and floral bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lovely bread and dough to finish. Really, it’s lagerish! So, so drinkable. Glad to try this.

0.33l bottle. Pours a really cloudy orange body packed with floaters and a nice bubbly off-white head leaving big lacing down the glass. Aroma is quite malt-fruity, good amount of hops, some peach, alcohol sugar and some nice pineapple. Full-bodied, has a oily to sticky mouthfeeling and is average carbonated. Nice maltiness flavors, mildly fruity with some ripe strawberries, mild peach and a nice little alcohol sting in the aftertaste. Overall a nice and light drinkable beer from the Italians.

Herb, adstringend. Insgesamt gelungen. 9/12/11/11/10/11
